Summerset Retirement Village Annual Report 2023

This project required me to lead the full design process for Summerset’s 2023 Annual Report, working closely with the board, finance teams, and the communications department to bring clarity and structure to complex information. The vision was to create a report that felt polished, trustworthy, and approachable, using Summerset’s softer finance palette to present data without overwhelming readers.

 

My mission was to transform detailed content into a coherent and enjoyable experience, designing tables, graphs, infographics, and supporting icons that improved readability while staying aligned with both the core brand and the distinct finance guidelines. I retouched and edited imagery to support key stories, shaped the layout across all sections, and ensured every page balanced professionalism with warmth.

 

The final report delivered a clear and engaging piece of communication for investors and stakeholders, demonstrating how thoughtful design can elevate information heavy material into something accessible, attractive, and genuinely meaningful.
